Posture your security team can pass on the first review.

The full whitepaper, SOC 2 report, and pen-test summary are available under NDA. Everything below is documented publicly.

// FAQ

Enterprise, answered.

More detail in our security overview and trust portal. Reach out for an under-NDA review.

01

What does an enterprise contract look like?

Annual commitment with committed-use rates, custom MSA, signed DPA, and quarterly true-ups. Most contracts close in 4–6 weeks, including security review.

02

Can we self-host or run in our VPC?

No. Edges requires the managed access layer we operate, so there is no on-prem or in-your-VPC deployment. What we do offer is US or EU data residency at the workspace level, a signed DPA, and IP allowlisting — which is what clears the bar for most regulated buyers.

03

How do you handle subprocessor changes?

30 days’ notice for material changes via email + status page. The current subprocessor list is published and updated quarterly.

04

What happens if the SLA is missed?

You’re credited per the SLA terms in your agreement. Credits are applied automatically; no ticket required.

05

Will you support our security questionnaire?

Yes — we have answers prefilled for the common templates (CAIQ, SIG, OneTrust). For custom questionnaires, our security team turns them around in 5 business days.

06

How long until first call after the contract signs?

Same day. The solution architect joins kickoff within a week to pair on the first integration and unblock anything that comes up.
