Edges provides automation services for professionals, exclusively through its API-based platform. It allows its users to automate interactions with third-party services and build proprietary datasets for professional use cases.
Edges Labs LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, having its registered office at 3500 South DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19901, United States (hereinafter “Edges Labs”), is the data controller when you use its services and website.

1. WHO IS CONCERNED?
Anyone who browses our website, creates an account, uses our service, subscribes to a webinar, or requests a demo (including employees of our clients) is concerned by the collection and processing of their information.
This privacy policy does not cover personal data that may be processed by our customers when they use Edges to interact with third-party services. In such cases, Edges acts only as a data processor, and customers are responsible for providing their own privacy disclosures.

3. IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA TRANSMITTED TO OTHERS?
- Edges employees: authorized personnel may access your data to ensure correct operation of services.
- Third-party services: when interacting with third-party platforms, their privacy policies apply.
- Cookies providers: data may be transmitted based on your cookie preferences.
- Service providers: hosting (Google Cloud Platform, EU region), payment processing (Stripe), product analytics (Segment), customer support and ticketing (Intercom), and other IT, maintenance, and email service providers.
- Legal authorities: when required by law, regulation, or judicial process.
4. IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA TRANSFERRED OUTSIDE THE EU?
Edges Labs primarily hosts Personal Data on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure located in the European Union (Belgium, region europe-west1). However, because Edges Labs LLC is based in the United States, remote access to this data by Edges Labs personnel or systems may still constitute an international transfer of Personal Data outside the EEA under the GDPR. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
