Edges provides automation services for professionals, exclusively through its API-based platform. It allows its users to automate interactions with third-party services and build proprietary datasets for professional use cases.

Edges Labs LLC, a company incorporated in the United States (filing in progress), is the data controller when you use its services and website.

1. WHO IS CONCERNED?

Anyone who browses our website, creates an account, uses our service, subscribes to a webinar, or requests a demo (including employees of our clients) is concerned by the collection and processing of their information.

This privacy policy does not cover personal data that may be processed by our customers when they use Edges to interact with third-party services. In such cases, Edges acts only as a data processor, and customers are responsible for providing their own privacy disclosures.

2. WHAT ARE THE PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Your personal data is only collected when Edges has a legal basis for doing so.

3. IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA TRANSMITTED TO OTHERS?

  • Edges employees: authorized personnel may access your data to ensure correct operation of services.

  • Cookies providers: data may be transmitted based on your cookie preferences.
  • Service providers: hosting, IT, maintenance, payment processors, email services.
  • Legal authorities: when required by law, regulation, or judicial process.

4. IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA TRANSFERRED OUTSIDE THE EU?

Yes. Data may be transferred outside the EEA, notably due to US-based infrastructure and providers. These transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
